CRUNCHY Roasted flattened rice recipe | Roasted Chiwda Recipe | Fried Poha | Fried Chivda Recipe
Ingredients :
Poha / Chiwda / Flat rice - 200 grams
Peanuts - 1/2 bowl
Aloo bhujiya - 1/2 bowl
Green peas - 1/2 bowl
Curry leaves - 5
Chopped onion - 1
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbs
Chopped green chilli - 3
Salt - as per taste
Refine or veg oil
Procedure :
1. First we need to reoast peanuts.
2. So put veg oil 2 tbs in hot pan and saaute peanuts for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
3. Once done take it out in a bowl.
4. In the same hot pan, saute green peas for few seconds till it attains white spot.
5. Once done take it out in a bowl.
6. Put some more oil into the pan.
7. Add curry leaves, chopped green chilli and chopped onion and saute for 1 minute.
8. Now add flat rice / poha into the pan and fry for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame till it swells and turns crispy.
9. Turn off the stove. Add roasted peanut, peas, allo bhujiya and mix well.
10. Add black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
11. Crunchy, crispy fried flate rice is ready to serve.
