Ingredients :

Chicken - 600 gm
Chopped onion - 6
Corriander powder - 1 tbs
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbs
Chicken masala powder - 1 tbs
Kashmiri red chilli - 1 tbs
Termeric powder - 1/2 tbs
Chopped tomato - 1
Mustard oil
Salt - as per taste
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
Cumin seeds(jeera) - 1/2 tbs
Green chilli - 2
Cinnamon(dalchini) - 3
Cardamom - 2
Chopped corriander leaf - 2 tbs

Procedure :

1. In hot pan add mustard oil(5 tbs). Then add cumin seeds(jeera), cinnamon(dalchini) and cardamom. Mix it till cumin seeds turn brown.

2. Then add green chilli and chopped onion. Fry till onion get light brown on medium flame.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and mix. Then add chicken and fry for 6 to 7 minutes on medium flame. Keep stiring frequently.

4. Then add corriander powder, garam masala, chicken masala, termeric powder and kashmiri red chilli. Mix and fry for 3 to 4 minutes on midium flame. Keep stiring frequently.

5. Then add 2 glasses of water and mix.

6. Add chopped tomato, salt to taste and mix it nicely. Turn the flame to low and cover it for 30 minutes.

7. Keep stiring on equal intervals of 10 minutes.


8. Finally add chopped corriander leaf and mix. Turn off the stove and serve hot.
